Plans were submitted to Brighton and Hove City Council for the change of use of 15 Victoria Terrace, Hove, from a dry cleaners to a micropub and bottle shop, in June. The application, by Beerbelly Ltd, states: "We would like to change the use of this building from retail to sui generis to create a micropub and bottle shop under the business name Beerbelly Ltd."According to documents, "not much change to the building will be needed" other than "an upgrade to the toilet and the installation of a cold room downstairs and beer lines to reach an upstairs small bar area". It states the building was previously used as a dry cleaners but is now empty. The plans were approved by the council on September 25.
