The scheme in Newport is part of Wynne Construction’s wider programme of work across Wales and marks a key contribution in its centenary year. Chris Wynne, managing director of Wynne Construction, said: "We are proud to be delivering such a diverse range of projects in Wales and the North West of England. Other projects include a £13m housing scheme in Pembrokeshire, a £31m health and social care facility in Anglesey, and an £11m archive centre for Denbighshire and Flintshire councils. In total, the company currently has £228m of work on site and a further £99m in pre-construction. Wynne Construction operates across education, social housing, healthcare, and sport and leisure sectors throughout Wales and the North West of England.
