Journeys on the London Waterloo to Exeter route will also take longer than usual due to the new restrictions. Under the temporary timetable, services between London Waterloo and Salisbury will continue to run every 30 minutes. One train per hour will operate between London Waterloo and Yeovil Junction, with every other hour’s service extended to run through to and from Exeter St Davids. Most journeys from London Waterloo to Yeovil Junction will be around three minutes longer than usual, while Yeovil Junction to London Waterloo trips will be about 13 minutes longer. Passengers travelling between London Waterloo and Exeter St Davids face journey times up to 24 minutes longer, and 27 minutes longer when travelling towards London.
