GIRARD -- With up to $250,000 available for road projects, city council will determine which streets will be paved this year. He said the count helps show what streets are the most traveled and may have more surface wear and tear. Grumley said a street committee meeting will be at 8 a.m. Aug. 19 to hear from Teter on what streets should be paved. WELLMAN THEATERCouncilman Tod Latell, D-at Large, said the Wellman Theater roof project is planned next for the building. Teter said he is working with KO Consulting to see what grants can be obtained to help cover work at the theater.
