Wholesaler Kitwave grows with South West takeoverA wholesaler has expanded with a takeover. Kitwave Wholesale Group has bought Charles Saunders Foodservice. Under the terms of the deal, Yate-based Charles Saunders Foodservice will join North Shields-headquartered Kitwave Wholesale Group’s foodservice division. He said: “Charles Saunders Foodservice’s customer-focused approach and strong family values make it an excellent fit. Kitwave Wholesale Group previously added Creed Foodservice, Yorkshire and Lancashire-based Total Foodservice Solutions and family-run drinks business Wilds of Oldham to its stable.
