A grand jury in Henry County has issued four charges against an Alabama man who was involved in a stabbing at a convenience store and gas station earlier this month. In Henry County Common Pleas Court, 54 year old Michael Huston, of Birmingham, Alabama, is accused with three charges of felonious assault, each a second-degree crime, and attempted murder, a first-degree felony.
