Taking advantage of the recent wave of doom-and-gloom news surrounding Lucid Motors, Rich managed to secure a wrecked Lucid Air—a luxury electric vehicle that originally retailed for around $115,000—for a staggering $4,100.
As Rich pointed out in the video, that panic instantly bled over into the used and salvage car markets.
What the panicked sellers completely ignored, however, is that Lucid is heavily backed by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF).
In fact, following the rumors, Lucid categorically denied any bankruptcy plans, and the PIF doubled down on its support.
Actually getting a 5,000-pound, completely unresponsive luxury car off a transport truck is a total nightmare.
