BEDFORD — Paving on Stumphole Bridge Road is now officially complete, according to an update released by Lawrence County Highway Superintendent Brian Sowder. Drivers in the area should take note of the following schedules, potential delays, and temporary road closures:West Powerline Road: Paving operations are scheduled to take place July 29–30. Dunn Bridge Road: Crews are installing a culvert near 2150 Dunn Bridge Road, located just east of Meadows Church Road.
