Poppy, who was in the care of Hay Animal Rescue Centre in Herefordshire, passed away after spending time at a foster home. The centre paid tribute on social media, saying: "Today we said goodbye to our darling Poppy. "She was deeply loved, and her absence is already felt by everyone who knew her. "Her forever fosterer gave her the greatest gift — comfort, safety and love right to the very end." Foster carer Emily Gregory also shared her sadness.
