A sequel to Wuchang: Fallen Feathers is currently in development as part of a collaboration between 505 Games and Indolphinity, the studio founded by series creator Xia Siyuan. The next chapter in the Wuchang franchise will see its lead development handled by Indolphinity, with 505 Games providing funding and will handle distribution duties worldwide. The original game launched back in July 2025 and has already sold more than five million players worldwide across PC and consoles, as well as hitting a concurrent Steam player count of over 131,000.
