Hart EMC and Hart EMC Foundation, Inc. are taking applications for their Bright Ideas grant. Last year, eight Franklin County teachers received Bright Ideas grants ranging from $500 to $927. Bright Ideas Grant Program is made possible through the use of unclaimed capital credits. Winners will be notified by the Bright Ideas Prize Team. Applicants agree that their name, photo and project may be used in print, broadcast and other forms of media in publications of Hart Electric Membership Cooperative and the Hart EMC Foundation.
