(Photo: AFP)PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad (CMC) — Jayden Seales’ fourth five-wicket haul in Tests secured a memorable and historic 90-run victory for West Indies over Pakistan in the opening match at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy here on Tuesday. When Mohammad Ali broke the stand by bowling Joseph for 38, Roach, Jomel Warrican and Jayden Seales together contributed 27 more runs to push the West Indies’ overall lead past the 200-run mark. Mohammad Rizwan hit Seales for two boundaries on resumption, with captain Babar Azam also showing positive intent by flicking Shamar Joseph to the midwicket boundary. Azam duly completed his 32nd Test half-century, but the West Indies predictably ended the match when Seales fittingly had Abbas lbw after the break for 23 off 33 balls to end their 49-run partnership.
