Alvin Spencer has survived a second apparent targeted shooting, more than seven years after he was first wounded in a gun attack. Spencer was shot in the neck at about 9:30 p.m. Monday after arriving at his home in Bellevue Estate. A masked gunman exited the vehicle, fired several rounds, then got back into the waiting vehicle, which sped away. That incident was described at the time as a targeted shooting.
