The pie is finished with Frank Pepe's signature olive oil and served atop the pizzeria's iconic coal-fired crust. "The Patata Rustica is quickly becoming a new tradition, inspired by my grandfather's legacy of bringing people together with comforting food made from the finest ingredients," Jennifer Bimonte-Kelly, granddaughter of Frank Pepe, said in the press release. "We're looking forward to bringing it back this fall, and we hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do." Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana has 17 locations across Connecticut, South Florida, Maryland, Virginia, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New York.
