Troopers of the Marysville Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded about 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 3 to a three-vehicle crash on U.S. Route 33 about 1 1/2 miles west of State Route 347. The impact pushed the GMC into the rear of a 2018 Honda CR-V, also traveling westbound and stopped because of the debris. The GMC’s driver, Paden Lopez, 38, of Wapakoneta, and the Honda’s driver, Amy Price, 40, of Dublin, each sustained minor injuries and were transported separately by Tri-Valley EMS to Mary Rutan Hospital. Damage was heavy to the GMC and to the Chevy van and minor to the Honda. Westbound U.S. 33 traffic in the area was delayed for a time.
