There’s a cast of characters on show at the Leica Gallery that you’d probably hope never to meet – London’s gangster underworld. It’s an exhibition of characters – that could be straight out of a stereotype of what people think an East End gangster should look like. Perhaps the most striking aspect of the exhibition is how willingly these men posed for the camera. The exhibition, Jocelyn Bain Hogg – The Firm, is at the Leica Gallery until 2nd September 2026 and is free to visit. The Leica Gallery is on Duke Street, a few minutes walk from Bond Street tube station and open Mon to Sat from 10am to 6pm – late to 7pm on Thursdays.
