Businesses further along in the process will have access to the new Communities of Practice for Exporters program, which is a ‘buddy system’ connecting would-be exporters to enterprises with mature global operations. Investment NSW and Austrade are also planning to hold more than 30 Going Global Export Programs and Going Global Trade Missions over this financial year. The trade missions support proven exporters with rapid market-entry workshops, and support to participate in global trade conferences, among other measures.
