10th Tibetan Law and Custom Counsellor Training Concludes in Dharamshala

Post Views: 6,569Dharamshala: The closing ceremony of the 10th Tibetan Laws and Customs Counsellor Training, organised by the Tibetan Supreme Justice Commission (TSJC), was held on July 29, 2026, at the Dharamshala Administrative Training Centre, marking the successful completion of the ten-day training programme.
After the oath-taking ceremony, the Hon’ble Chief Justice Commissioner presented certificates to the newly qualified Tibetan Laws and Customs Counsellors.
They included law graduates and students, lawyers who had previously obtained certificates from the Tibetan Supreme Justice Commission, civil servants of the Central Tibetan Administration, and staff members of the Tibetan justice system.
During the ten-day training, the Hon’ble Chief Justice Commissioner, Justice Yeshi Wangmo, delivered an introductory session on selected constitutional provisions relating to the Tibetan Supreme Justice Commission.
Pema Sangpo, Ladakh Local Justice Commissioner; Phuntsok Palden, Southern Local Justice Commissioner; Northern Local Justice Commissioner Choekyi and Rinchen Sangmo, Deputy Secretary of the Tibetan Supreme Justice Commission, also conducted sessions on the Tibetan Civil Procedure Code.
