A pair of vehicle thefts from Newberg, OR led to a Kennewick man being arrested for auto theft and more. Newberg, OR Police Alerted KennewickJuly 25th, Newberg Officers notified Kennewick that a pair of vehicles taken from a dealership had been traced to a location in Kennewick. KPD responded to a residence in the 2400 block of South Buntin Street, and located one of the stolen vehicles. Investigation Reveals Other Stolen Vehicles and MoreKPD learned many of the vehicles license plates had been switched, and they had what Officers called "suspicious" characteristics. Another search using warrants revealed multiple stolen vehicles, license plates, and tools commonly used in association with car thefts.
