Marvin “Fluffy” Allen Goos, 72, of Moss Bluff, La., passed away on Saturday, July 25, 2026. Born on Aug. 31, 1953, in Lake Charles, La., Marvin was affectionately known by family and friends as “Fluffy.” Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife, Barbara Ann Hulasy Goos; his sister, Donna Faye Goos Graves; his granddaughter, Jessica Marie Hogue, and his niece, Patryce Monette Graves Abshire. He was preceded in death by his father, Patrick McCoy Goos Jr.; his mother, Barbara Ruth Morgan Goos, and his sister, Peggy Darlene Goos. The family will welcome the public for visitation at Hixson Funeral Home of Moss Bluff Thursday, July 30, 2026 from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. A graveside service will follow at Goos Cemetery in Moss Bluff.
