The nine homes are located at Farleigh Fields in Backwell and are part of a wider scheme to support North Somerset Council’s housing needs. A total of 27 out of 82 planned homes on the development will be managed by Alliance Homes, split between social rent and shared ownership. Alliance Homes, a housing provider based in Portishead and Weston-super-Mare, manages more than 7,000 homes across the West of England and offers affordable rented, shared ownership, and sheltered accommodation.
