The men, aged 50 and 63, were arrested on Tuesday (July 28) as part of an investigation into a burglary reported at a property on Main Street, Drumquin, on June 11, as well as reports of a number of men acting suspiciously around several businesses and a school in the Castlederg area on the same day. The arrests followed a police operation in Derry/Londonderry during which detectives searched two properties on the city side of the city. Both men were arrested on suspicion of burglary and fraud by false representation. In an update issued by the PSNI, police confirmed the pair have now been released on bail to allow for further enquiries to be carried out. The investigation remains ongoing.
