Janie Lowe, 78, of Elkins, formerly of Cass, went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, July 26, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, love, and gentle grace. She was born Dec. 25, 1947, in the Philippines, to the late Harvey and Anita Bond of Cass, West Virginia, and was the former wife of Grady Lowe. Janie was a graduate of Green Bank High School and attended West Virginia University from 1970 to 1973 in pursuit of an Art degree. Interment will follow in Beaver Creek Cemetery at Watoga, West Virginia. The Tomblyn Funeral Home of Elkins is in charge of the arrangements for Janie Lowe.
