The ZEST treatment uses an okra-based gel and a specialised swab to deep-clean the eyelids and lashes, removing biofilm, debris, and mites that block vital oil glands. Dry eyes can cause sore, irritated or itchy eyes, redness, water eyes and blurred vision, and the condition is becoming increasingly common due to factors such as increased screen time, air conditioning, heating and aging.
