Shamraiz Malik, 26, of Whalley New Road, appeared at Preston Crown Court alongside Elliott Lloyd, 28, of Sixfields, Thornton-Cleveleys.
The court heard the alleged offence took place between January 29 and March 30, 2024.
It is claimed Malik, knowing he was responsible for the speeding offence, arranged for Lloyd to falsely admit to being the driver.
Prosecutors allege this was carried out through a series of messages and involved Malik paying Lloyd to accept the penalty points.
A two-day trial has been listed for August 19, 2027, with a pre-trial review scheduled for June 18, 2027.
