Blackburn Magistrates' Court heard that when the vehicle owner got out and told Karl Malone to stop, he was headbutted to the face. The court was told that following his arrest, Malone also assaulted a police officer. Malone, 40, of Lindsay Street, Burnley, pleaded guilty to assault and assaulting an emergency worker. The car owner got out of his car and asked Malone what he was doing. "There was an argument, and the defendant headbutted the other man in the face," said Miss Jagiela.
