Blackburn with Darwen Councillor John Clayton said an alleyway behind Dyson and Walsh Street is a particularly bad hotspot for persistent dumping of rubbish and furniture. He said: "[There was rubbish on] several streets, Ivy Street, Bryan Street, Dyson Street, Walsh Street, Mosley Street. "The worst one was the alley at the back of Dyson and Walsh Street. ony Watson, director of environment and resident services said: "Over the last three months, all reported incidents of fly-tipping on Ivy Street, Bryan Street, Dyson Street, Walsh Street and Mosley Street have been investigated and cleared, with one removal currently pending. "Every report helps us build evidence, take enforcement action and keep Blackburn with Darwen's neighbourhoods clean and safe for everyone.
