On Monday, August 24, Killeen Mayor Joseph Solomon has invited church leaders and congregational leaders of all faiths to attend the first Mayor's Faith-Based Innovation Forum. This event will take place at the Killeen Civic and Conference Center, located at 3601 S. W.S. Bringing together faith, fellowship, and members of our community to not only get to know one another but also share their experiences and their faith is a beautiful thing. Why Does Mayor Solomon Think This Event Is Needed? Mayor Solomon said that Killeen's faith community has played a major role in serving residents and strengthening neighborhoods.
