The importance of educators developing positive relationships with their students is about as settled as any education idea can be. But what are the biggest challenges to building these positive relationships and what can be done about those challenges? If teachers have solid positive relationships with their students, it’s likely students will share some of their personal struggles. Then, teachers were asked to share ideas on how they now develop relationships with students and what they could do in the future. We’re sure there are more than five major challenges to teachers building positive relationships with all students.
