Embraer Reports Unprecedented Backlog Levels

The commercial aircraft backlog measures the gap between orders and deliveries, including all aircraft ordered but not yet handed over to airlines.
In the April-June quarter, the company’s commercial aviation backlog stood at $15.1 billion, up 15%.
In 1Q24, Embraer’s backlog reached the highest level over the past 7 years, and deliveries increased by 67%.
Embraer achieved a backlog of more than $26 billion by the end of 4Q24, and the company’s firm-order backlog exceeded $31 billion in 2025.
The plane manufacturer also exceeded prior performance in commercial deliveries last year, achieving a total of 78 commercial aircraft deliveries, compared to 73 in 2024.
