Ross Neale, aged 37 and of Northleach Close, was issued the order at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court on July 15. The CBO places restrictions on Mr Neale’s movements and behaviour in public. "Anyone who witnesses Neale breaching the terms of this order should report it to police via 101 or on our website." The order bans Mr Neale from being on Church Green in Redditch, except when visiting Charles Strachan Solicitors. The order also bans him from refusing to leave a premises or area when asked by someone who has authority to do so, and urinating in a public place, save for public toilets.
