On January 1, 2027, new Pentagon procurement rules take effect that will restrict the use of Chinese-origin rare earth materials in American weapons systems. Part of the reason is that REalloys doesn't look like what most people expect a rare earth company to look like. The supply side remains dangerously concentrated in China, and Beijing continues to tighten export controls on rare earth processing technology and materials.
