The Spread Eagle, on Eagle Brow in Lymm, closed at the end of last month to undergo major work. The pub sits in the heart of the village and has been refreshed from the ground up. The refurbishment balances a contemporary presentation but still maintains the pub’s warmth as a traditional village inn. “I'm very pleased with the refurb, the pub feels cosy, welcoming and reflects the character of Lymm Village itself,” said general manager Martyn Biggart. The pub has now reopened with a range of beers at the bar and a rotation of seasonal ales.
