On July 3, police officers successfully secured the orders following persistent concerns regarding the sale of illicit cigarettes and tobacco products, as well as anti-social behaviour. Three shops were all ordered to remain closed for the next three months, including Mr Blue on Sankey Street. The court order also prohibits access to the premises at all times while it is in place. However, two men are now set to appear before Warrington Magistrates’ Court tomorrow, Wednesday, after being charged with entering the property. The 24 and 23-year-old will face the charge tomorrow morning and have yet to enter pleas.
