The trio have appeared before magistrates and are set to attend the crown court over the allegations. The three charged are Jacob Bruen, aged 21 and of Marrabone Road in Widnes; Rebecca Tierney, aged 30 and of Greenway Road in Widnes; and Adam Bates, aged 26 and of Sycamore Lane in Hood Manor, Warrington. All three defendants are charged with being concerned in the supply of cocaine, while Bruen is also charged with possessing criminal property in the form of cash. The trio made a first appearance in relation to the allegations before Crewe Magistrates’ Court on Saturday. All three will next appear before Liverpool Crown Court for a plea and trial preparation on Monday, August 24.
