Colin Houghton appeared before Warrington Magistrates’ Court last Wednesday. This was meant to be for a sentencing hearing after he pleaded guilty to attempted theft from B&M on May 18. However, the hearing was adjourned until next month to allow for a pre-sentence report to be carried out. Magistrates told Houghton how it is in his best interest to get a pre-sentence report done. He was granted bail – with the condition that he does not enter B&M in Warrington.
