He has been named ahead of his appearance before magistrates today over allegations that he exposed himself in public.
Terelle Beechall, of Arpley Street near Warrington town centre, is charged with performing an act outraging public decency, as well as with common assault of an emergency worker.
The former charge alleges that the 27-year-old committed an act outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner.
The latter charge alleges that he assaulted a female police sergeant acting in the exercise of her functions in Warrington on the same day.
Beechall is due to make a first appearance in connection with the allegations before Warrington Magistrates’ Court today, Wednesday.
