Two Fayette County residents are in jail after allegedly assaulting a person in Uniontown Monday night. According to charging documents, shortly after 6 p.m., Uniontown police arrived at a home on Locust Street as Miciotto and Lawver were assaulting Miciotto’s girlfriend, Lindsay Custer. Miciotto and Lawver allegedly took turns beating Custer with a tire iron, as well as hitting and kicking her, charging documents stated. Custer received a laceration on her head in the attack, according to the complaint. They were lodged in the Fayette County jail.
