Ms Hanson said skilled migration would continue for occupations experiencing workforce shortages, including healthcare workers, while overall migration would be significantly reduced. As part of her vision, Ms Hanson said a One Nation government would target waste within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and launch a probe into childcare. “That’s a lot of money spent in childcare, so that’s where I’d like an investigation into it,” Ms Hanson said. “This time around, you know, there’s a real chance that we can actually win seats in the lower house and the Senate,” Ms Hanson added.
