A drive-thru soda shop is bubbling up near Regency this week. It’ll be the first dedicated brick-and-mortar dirty soda shop in the Richmond region. Coming from an area where dirty soda is all the rage, Michelle said she thought opening a local shop devoted to the drinks might be a success. They had the property rezoned for the dirty soda business last year, and have been working on getting it up and running ever since. While Sippa is the only brick-and-mortar soda shop in the region, a dirty soda pop-up bar called Dirty Cowgirl Soda Bar launched earlier this year.
