Last week, West Oxfordshire District Council voted against Liam Walker’s proposal to carry out a five-week survey using automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) cameras at Woodford Way Car Park in Witney. The Conservative said: “Disappointingly, Liberal Democrat, Labour and Green councillors voted against my motion to collect proper evidence before building on the Woodford Way car park. In response, Mr Walker confirmed the campaign against the car park would continue.
