Roch Community School, outside Haverfordwest, was praised after being visited by Estyn inspectors on May 18. Headteacher Owen Good said staff were pleased that inspectors recognised the community which had been created at the school, and that it provided a strong foundation to continue improving. "It reflects the collective efforts of staff, pupils, families and governors, and gives the school a strong foundation on which to continue building." The pupils were praised pupils for their confidence, teamwork and respect for others, with Inspectors noting that the children feel their views are listened to and valued. The report noted that "staff feel well supported by leaders and value the opportunity to contribute to school life."
