The defendant, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke Dock, pleaded guilty to assaulting a constable in the execution of their duties and possession of cannabis. On that occasion, Charge and another man were “chasing each other and fighting” on Pembroke Street on the afternoon of June 15, 2024, before a third man appeared on the street carrying a samurai-type sword. He added that, should the judge choose to activate the sentence, Charge only had a matter of weeks remaining to serve. However, she concluded it would be “unjust” to activate his suspended sentence as this was his first breach of the order. He was fined £50 for breaching his suspended sentence order.
