Elizabeth Fiona George, 58, of Fair Meadow Close, Herbrandston, was fined £220 for keeping an untaxed vehicle. George McBeth, of Picton Road, Hakin, was fined £220 for keeping a vehicle which did not meet insurance requirements. He was also ordered to pay £100 in costs and an £88 surcharge at Lincoln Magistrates' Court. He was told to pay a £220 fine at Lincoln Magistrates' Court, with costs of £85 and back duty of £57.50. Paul James Dalglish, 51, of Letterston, Haverfordwest, was fined £220 for failing to comply with off-road notification requirements.
