Chef Tom Simmons will bring his acclaimed Simmons by the Sea to Newport, Pembrokeshire this summer, taking over Tides Kitchen & Wine Bar on Market Street for four weeks throughout August. Simmons by the Sea first ran in Newport Links Golf Club last summer, bringing the lauded chef back to his hometown.
