Dhoom Indian Streatery and Bar, located on the city’s New Row, is up for an award in the Best Social Media & Marketing category at the Spice Awards 2026. As previously reported in the Press, Prasad, owner and head chef of Dhoom, appeared on The Herald’s list of the most exciting chefs working in Scotland in 2026. The Spice Awards, which is now in its eight year, celebrates the very best of Asian and Indian cuisine across Scotland. Announcing the good news, the restaurant posted on Facebook: “We’re thrilled to share that Dhoom is part of the Spice Awards 2026, and now we need your support to bring home the award. You can vote for Dhoom online through the Spice Award’s website.
