Lynsey Morrison, of Garry Street, Lochgelly, appeared in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court. She admitted that on various occasions between August 1, 2022 and June 30, 2023, at Lapwing Drive, Dunfermline, she wilfully neglected a child then aged two to three years. She failed to keep the premises clean, tidy and fit for habitation and failed to supervise the child properly. Also, on various occasions between April 1, 2022 and June 16, 2023 at Lapwing Drive and Whitelaw Crescent, she wilfully neglected another child, then aged one to two years. She failed to obtain medical assistance for the child on an occasion and did not obtain treatment for him.
