Ancasta Grove, Carpathia Grange, The Wickets, and Oaklands House, all operated by Care UK, are inviting families and neighbours for a day of food and celebration as part of the nationwide A Taste of Home initiative. Ancasta Grove in Sarisbury Green will host its event on Thursday, August 6, from 2pm to 4pm, with seasonal favourites and treats. Oaklands House, also in Southampton, will celebrate Mediterranean cuisine from 2.30pm to 4.30pm, with Greek-inspired dishes including chicken souvlaki, Greek salad, and stuffed vine leaves. The following day, Carpathia Grange in Hythe will explore world cuisines with an event from 11.30am to 4pm.
