Tony Finlay, 62, who works at UKG Language and Learning in Ringwood, walked the entire South West Coast Path to raise funds for adventure camps for students in alternative provision. He completed the journey on July 17 after around 50 days of trekking. Mr Finlay said: "We haven’t raised as much as we’d hoped at the moment, so this isn’t the end just yet. He completed the journey despite suffering broken ribs along the way, carrying all his own gear and wild camping throughout the route. So far, Mr Finlay has raised more than £2,600 towards his £3,000 target.
