The petition urges Southampton City Council to introduce traffic calming measures on Harrison Road in Swaythling, claiming the street is regularly used as a cut-through by cars, motorbikes and e-bikes heading towards Burgess Road. She said: "Speeding remains a real concern on Harrison Road and on other roads across Swaythling, despite the speed limit being reduced to 20mph. "It is disappointing that a small number of drivers continue to ignore the speed limit and put the safety of others at risk.
